水解酸化/两段生物接触氧化法处理锦纶6生产废水
Study on Treatment of Nylon-6 Wastewater by Using Hydrolysis Acidification/Two-stage Bio-contact Oxidation Process
【摘要】 锦纶6生产废水为可生化性良好的含氮有机废水,采用水解酸化—两段生物接触氧化工艺处理该废水,考察了硝化液回流比、水力停留时间及溶解氧浓度对处理效果的影响。结果表明,在硝化液回流比为3、水力停留时间为12.1 h以及水解酸化池和1#、2#接触氧化池的溶解氧浓度分别为(0.5~1.0)、(3.0~3.5)和(1.8~2.3)mg/L的条件下,系统的处理效果最好,对COD和TN的去除率分别为95.85%和61.04%,出水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the characteristic of good biodegradability of nylon-6 wastewater,the hydrolysis acidification/two-stage bio-contact oxidation process was adopted.The effect of recycle ratio of nitrified liquor,HRT and DO on the treatment efficiency was investigated.The results show that when the recycle ratio of nitrified liquor is 3,HRT is 12.1 h,and DO concentrations of hydrolysis acidification reactor,No.1 and 2 contact oxidation reactors are 0.5 to 1.0 mg/L,3.0 to 3.5 mg/L and 1.8 to 2.3 mg/L respectively,the treatment effect of the system is the best,and the removal rates of COD and TN are 95.85% and 61.04%.The effluent quality reaches the classⅠof the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
