维系生物除铁除锰滤池持续除锰能力的研究

【摘要】 沈阳开发区水厂的生物除铁除锰滤池经几年的运行后除锰能力大幅下降,致使出水锰浓度超标。经分析原因是:由于除锰过程中生成的铁锰氧化物部分沉积在滤料表面,滤池在长期运行后,其滤料粒径会逐渐增大,从而引起滤层结构的变化,最终导致滤池除锰能力被削弱。通过研究提出了维系滤池持续除锰能力的措施,即定期更换滤砂以保证滤层的结构。考虑换砂对滤层结构改善的程度以及换砂对滤层微生物的破坏,通过试验得到适宜的换砂量为10~15 cm/a。

【Abstract】 After many years of operation of Water Plant in Shenyang Development Area,the manganese removal efficiency of bio-filter for iron and manganese removal was greatly decreased thus causing the manganese concentration in finished water to exceed the standard.Analysis shows that the diameter of the filter media increases because of the adhesion and accumulation of oxides over the years.This leads to a change of the filter bed structure,and ultimately to the deterioration of filtration.To maintain high efficiency of manganese removal for long-term operations,replacing filter media periodically is necessary,feasible and economic. The results show that about 10 cm to 15 cm per year is of optimum replacing thickness.
