DDRT-PCR技术在研究附植前胚胎基因表达中的应用
Application of DDRT-PCR in studying the gene expression of preimplantation embryo
【摘要】 哺乳动物附植前胚胎的发育受相应基因的调控,在不同的发育阶段表达不同的差异基因,分离并克隆差异表达基因,有利于了解胚胎发育的分子机理.本文对mRNA差异显示技术(DDRT-PCR)的基本原理、特点,单胚差异显示技术(SPEDDRT-PCR)在研究动物特定发育阶段表达的基因的优点,以及对不同种类动物早期胚胎在特定发育阶段表达的基因进展情况作了介绍.
【Abstract】 Development of mammalian preimplantation embryo is regulated by corresponding genes and different genes are expressed at different embryogenesis stages.Therefore separating and cloning the different display expression genes will help to reveal molecular mechanism of embryogenesis.This paper summarized the principle and characteristics of the differential display reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(DDRT-PCR),the virtue of single preimplantation embryo differential display reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(SPEDDRT-PCR) and the advancement of different animal genes expression in preimplantation embryogenesis stages.
