【Abstract】 Vehicle license plate location is the key part of automatic vehicle license plate recognition system.First,image preprocessing is adopted,which is then followed by mathematical morphology operations.Then some preparative areas are obtained.At last,the real license plate area is obtained according to the color characteristics of the license plate.The experiments show that the algorithm has the advantages of fast locating speed and high accuracy.更多还原
