【摘要】 目的观察佳润皮肤消毒剂喷雾消毒在注射时对皮肤消毒及输液瓶消毒的效果。方法对60例急诊留观输液患者的皮肤使用佳润皮肤消毒剂喷雾法和络合碘涂擦法消毒,并做平行对照采样。对40名工作人员的手及150个输液瓶盖表面用上述喷雾法和涂擦法消毒,并于消毒前后采样培养。结果60例受试患者皮肤消毒细菌的杀灭率均≥98%,消毒合格率均为100%,两种方法消毒效果比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。40名工作人员的手消毒合格率为100%;150个输液瓶盖表面消毒后未检出细菌。喷雾法消毒耗时4s,涂擦法消毒耗时30s(均不包括待干时间)。结论注射时用佳润皮肤消毒剂喷雾消毒安全有效,操作简便,经济且省时省力,有助于提高护士的工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Runjia skin disinfectant spray method for the disinfection of skin and infusion bottles before fluid infusion.Methods Sixty patients who were going to receive fluid infusion in emergency room received Runjia skin disinfectant spray and iodine skin smear method respectively,parallel study was done.Forty health care workers’ hands and 150 infusion bottles were also disinfected with above methods respectively, samples were taken before and after disinfection.Results The killing rates of two methods in 60 patients’ skin were all≥98%,the qualifying rates were 100%,there was no obvious difference between two groups(P>0.05).The qualifying rates of disinfection in 40 health care workers’ hands were 100%;there was no bacteria growth in infusion bottles after disinfection.Conclusion It is safe and convenient to disinfect with Runjia skin disinfectant spray.更多还原
