等离子空气消毒机消毒净化效果实验观察

【摘要】 目的检测移动式等离子空气消毒机对室内空气自然菌和尘埃粒子的消毒净化效果。方法将移动式等离子空气消毒机置3间体积相近房间,试验时开强风档连续2h后采样;另选一间房作为对照组(无消毒机),采样方法同试验组。按照2002年版《消毒技术规范》中空气消毒效果现场试验方法分别于开机前、开机60min及120min进行自然菌的菌落数检测;尘埃粒子计数器采集空气不同粒径尘埃粒子。结果该空气消毒机开机60min,对自然菌平均消亡率达87.38%,开机120min平均消亡率达92.95%;开机60min,对6级不同粒径的尘埃粒子平均清除率为49.53%~86.66%,开机120min平均清除率为60.89%~90.95%。结论该移动式等离子空气消毒机具有较好的空气消毒和净化功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the disinfection and purification efficacy of the plasma air-sterilizing machine on natural bacteria and dust in air.Methods The mobile plasma air-sterilizing machine was put in 3 same rooms and turned on with strong power for 2 hours,air samples in three rooms were taken;the air samples in another room were taken as control.According to the methods of air-sterilizing spot experiment in 《Technical Standard For Disinfection》(2002 edition),the bacterial colony forming unit of air was detected before the machine was turned on,60 minutes and 120 minutes after the machine was turned on respectively,dust particles of different size were collected by the dust counter.Results The average killing rate for the natural bacteria was 87.38% and 92.95% respectively 60 and 120 minutes after the turning on of the machine,the average elimination rate of dust of different size was 49.53%~86.66% and 60.89%~86.66% respectively 60 and 120 minutes after the turning on of the machine.Conclusion The mobile plasma air-sterilizing machine has fine disinfection purification function
