结核分枝杆菌新型改良罗氏快速培养基的研究
The study on a new kind of rapid Lwenstein-Jensen culture medium of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
【摘要】 目的研究结核分枝杆菌(结核菌)快速培养方法,提高阳性率,以协助临床早期诊断。方法在新型改良罗氏快速培养基和改良罗氏培养基上接种结核菌后置5.0%的CO2环境中培养,观察结核菌生长情况。结果10株结核菌生长平均所需时间在改良罗氏培养基上为(17.25±5.88)d,而在新型改良罗氏快速培养基上仅为(9.75±1.64)d,两者差异有显著性(P=0.001);在后者,结核菌生长更快速,菌落形成茂盛。结论新型改良罗氏快速培养基比改良罗氏培养基培养结核菌所需时间明显缩短,且生长结果更易观察。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the method of rapid culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,so as to improve early clinical diagnosis.Methods Mycobacterium tuberculosis were cultured respectively in a new kind of rapid Lwenstein-Jensen(L-J) culture medium and L-J culture medium with the 5.0% CO2 to observe the phenomenon of Mycobacterium tuberculosis growth.Results The mean necessary growth time of ten strains Mycobacterium tuberculosis was(17.25±5.88) days in the L-J culture medium,while in the new L-J culture medium it was(9.75±1.64) days,there was significant difference between the two(P=0.001).Mycobacterium tuberculosis could grow rapidly and flourishly in new rapid L-J culture medium.Conclusion The necessary growth time of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in new rapid L-J culture medium is shorter than that in the L-J culture medium,and the growth result in new rapid L-J culture medium is easier to be observed than that in the L-J culture medium.
