【Abstract】 Samples were extracted with water and acetone,followed by liquid-liquid partitioning and clean-up in florisil column,analysed by GC-ECD,quantitatively analysed by external standard.The average recovery rate of this method varied from 76% to 92% when blank sample was fortified at 0.05～0.2 mg/kg,RSD’s was obtained were in the range of 3.8% to 6.2 %.The method is sensitive and reliable.更多还原
