【摘要】 目的:研究乙型溶血性链球菌在软骨组织中扩散,建立新的透明质酸酶的实验方法。方法:乙型溶血性链球菌产生透明质酸酶,兔耳软骨基质中有分子筛结构。将乙型溶血性链球菌菌液倒入兔耳软骨囊中,透明质酸酶将破坏软骨基质。结果:8h后观察到乙型溶血性链球菌穿越软骨组织。结论:乙型溶血性链球菌对软骨基质的破坏作用,可以作为透明质酸酶实验的一种新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To research the diffusion of β-hemolytic streptococcus in cartilage tissue to establish a new method of Hyaluronidase experiment.Methods: β-hemolytic streptococcus produced hyaluronidase,and molecular sieve construction exists in cartilage matrix of rabbit ears.Put the solution contained β-hemolytic streptococcus into cartilage bag in rabbit ears.Then hyaluronidase destroyed molecular sieve construction.Result: 8 hours later, β-hemolytic streptococcus went through cartilage tissue.Conclusion: β-hemolytic streptococcus can destroy cartilage matrix,which provided a new method of hyaluronidase experiment.更多还原
