聚丙烯酸钠水凝胶基材退热贴的制备及其性能

【摘要】 制备了以聚丙烯酸钠为基材的高分子水凝胶退热贴。退热贴的含水率为56%~60%。对钢板和人造革的剥离力分别为26.6 g/cm和14.8 g/cm,粘附力达到日本产退热贴的水平。动物试验证明自制退热贴对内毒素致家兔体温升高有退热作用,使用后2~2.5h的退热效果较明显,5 h后,家兔体温基本恢复正常。初步临床实验也证明自制退热贴具有良好的退热效果,有效时间为4~6 h。

【Abstract】 Cooling paste based on polyacrylate hydrogel was fabricated via radical polymerization.The water content of this cooling paste is 56%~60%.The dynamic module of the paste exhibited a viscoelasticity well as that of a commercial one made in Japan.The peeling strength from steel and artificial leather is 26.6 g/cm and 14.8 g/cm,respectively.Animal test indicates that our cooling paste based on polyacrylate hydrogel is effective in treatment of fever caused by endotoxin the rabbit temperature became normal in about 5 h after treatment.It was further tested with elementary clinical trial and the effective time was 4~6 h.
