一种提高烧结NdFeB永磁体耐蚀性的加工方法的研究
A new erosion protection method for sintered NdFeB permanent magnet
【摘要】 烧结NdFeB材料因其优异的磁性能特点而获得广泛应用,但它耐蚀性差,容易氧化腐蚀,而且NdFeB材料在烧结后需进行成型加工。对NdFeB材料进行了超声振动辅助电火花加工实验研究并探讨了这种能提高加工表面耐蚀性的新型方法。实验结果表明电火花加工后在材料的表面形成了一层非金属合金,从而提高了材料表面的耐蚀性。
【Abstract】 Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet is widely used in many applications because of its excellent magnetic property.But its poor corrosion resistance has been cited as a potential problem with its use.In this paper a new kind of protection method is proposed.By using EDM aided ultrasonic method,amorphous structure on the NdFeB surface forms.Experiments were carried out and results indicated that amorphous alloy layer formed on the machined surface and had been proved to improve the corrosion-resistance of NdFeB material.
