纳米晶镁铝水滑石制备机理及抗毒性研究

【摘要】 以尿素为沉淀剂制备纳米晶镁铝水滑石,考察不同镁铝比制备的纳米晶镁铝水滑石催化剂对大豆油酯交换的影响以及催化剂的抗水抗酸性和使用寿命,并探讨纳米晶镁铝水滑石的合成机理。随镁铝摩尔比增加,酯交换反应所需时间减少,当m(Mg2+)∶m(Al3+)=3∶1时,转化率高达94.2%;当m(Mg2+)∶m(Al3+)=4∶1时,使用寿命最长,可重复使用5次。纳米晶镁铝水滑石具有较强抗水抗酸性,故在进行酯交换反应中无须脱水脱酸。

【Abstract】 Nano-crystalline Mg-Al hydrotalcite catalysts with different Mg/Al molar ratios were prepared.The effects of the catalysts on the transesterification of soybean oil to methanol were studied.The anti-water and anti-acid properties and the service life of the catalysts were confirmed and the preparation mechanism was researched.The results indicated that the reacting time of the transesterification reduced as the Mg/Al molar ratio of the catalysts increasing.The conversion rate of the methyl ester was up to 94.2% at Mg/Al molar ratio of 3.The service life of the catalysts was the longest at Mg/Al molar ratio of 4.The catalysts exhibited high anti-water and anti-acid properties,so it is unnecessary to dewater and deacidify soybean oil before the transesterification.
