羧甲基壳聚糖-银/蒙脱土纳米抗菌中间体的制备及性能研究
Synthesis and properties of CMC-Ag/MMT antimicrobial nanocomposites
【摘要】 通过FTIR、XRD、TG对所合成的新型羧甲基壳聚糖-银/蒙脱土纳米中间体的结构进行了表征,结果证明羧甲基壳聚糖-银络合物已进入了蒙脱土层间,其层间距高达6.1982nm;并通过抑菌环实验表明,这种新型纳米控、缓释中间体对泌尿系统的致病菌革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853),革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923)和真菌白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)均有较好的抑、杀菌效果;并探讨了功能性纳米中间体的抑、杀菌机理。
【Abstract】 In our experiments,the natural clay sodium montmorillonite(MMT) has been organically modified via carboxyl methyl-chitosan/silver(CMC-Ag).Modified functional MMT was analyzed by FTIR,XRD and TG.The d-spacing of CMC-Ag/MMT has increased to 6.1982 nm.The antibacterial activity and antibacterial mechanism of this novel functional organic MMT to staphylococcus aurous(ATCC 25923),pseudomonas aeruginosin(ATCC27853),escherichia coli(ATCC 25922) and candida albicans(ATCC 10231) are also studied.
