Dy替代M1对低钴贮氢合金组织和性能的影响
The effects of partial substitution of MI on phase structures and properties of low Co hydrogen storage alloy
【摘要】 采用多元合金化及A侧稀土元素Dy取代Ml的方法,制备出了多元低钴贮氢合金Ml1-x DyxNi3.90Co0.3Mn0.4Cu0.15Fe0.1Sn0.1Ti0.05(x=0.00、0.05、0.10、0.15),研究了加Dy对合金的微观结构、组织以及电化学性能的影响。XRD及EDS分析表明,Dy能很好融入主相晶格中,未单独形成第二相。电化学测试表明,适量Dy的加入能够提高低钴合金的放电容量,以及合金的充放电循环稳定性。
【Abstract】 The multi-component low-Co hydrogen storage alloy Ml(1-x) Dyx Ni3.90 Co0.3 Mn0.4 Cu0.15Fe0.1 Sn0.1Ti0.05(x =0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15)was prepared by the multi-component alloying and the substitution of M1 with Dy. The effects of partial substitution of Ml with Dy on the phase structure,microstructure and electrochemical properties were investigated.The results of XRD and EDS analyses indicated that Dy can melt into the lattice of the main phase very well and can not form the secondary phase.The electrochemical tests indicated that the ade- quate content of Dy (0.05) not only increases the discharge capacity but also improves the charge/discharge cyc- ling.
