机械沉积无结晶锌镀层的致密性研究
Analysis on packing density of mechanical deposited noncrystalline zinc coating
【摘要】 采用机械沉积方法获得了无结晶锌镀层,运用SEM、EDS分析了镀层的结构形貌和化学成分,运用XRD方法分析了镀层的物相组成,通过称重法分析了镀层的相对密度,并检测了试样的孔隙率。研究结果表明:机械沉积无结晶锌镀层是由锌粉颗粒、空隙和夹杂构成的粉末致密体结构;镀层为Zn、Sn和M组成的复合镀层;镀层中存在明显空隙,镀层的相对密度可达82.48%。
【Abstract】 Non-crystalline zinc coatings were prepared by mechanically deposition method.SEM equipped with EDX was employed to observe and analyze the structure and compositions of the coating.Phases of the coating were analyzed by XRD.The packing density of the coating was computed by gravimetric method.The porosity of the coating were tested by porosity testing.The results show that the coating is zinc matrix composite coating.The coating is a packing layer of zinc powder with different diameters.Porosity was present in the coating,but this was not interconnected.The relative density of the coating is 82.48 percent.
