BeCu/绝缘层/NiCoP复合结构丝巨磁阻抗效应的研究

【摘要】 利用化学镀方法制备了BeCu/绝缘层/NiCoP复合丝,对细丝在200℃进行热处理以改善铁磁层的磁性,并首次研究了巨磁阻抗效应。结果表明该复合丝在较低频率下有较大的巨磁阻抗效应,在1kHz时磁阻抗比为-3.32%,300kHz时磁阻抗比获得最大值108%。研究了样品退火前后的巨磁阻抗效应和镀层厚度对巨磁阻抗效应的影响。研究表明磁阻抗比不仅取决于ΔR/R和ΔX/X,还和R与X的比值相关。

【Abstract】 Composite wires CuBe/insulator/NiCoP of 60mm insulated CuBe core coated with a layer of Ni57Co38P5 were produced by electroless deposition,and their magnetic properties were studied.The results showed that a good magneto-impedance effect can be obtained at relatively low frequency.The magneto-impedance effect was observed even at 1kHz,it reaches-3.32%.The maximum GMI ratio of composite wire reached 108% at 300kHz.In order to improve the soft magnetic properties,then,the samples were annealed at 200℃ in N2 atmosphere.The influence of magnetic layer thickness on GMI was also investigated.The study showed that MI ratio is dependent not only on the value of ΔR/R and ΔX/X but also on the ratio between R and X.
