【摘要】 目的了解医疗废物伤害在医院清洁工发生的情况,为做好清洁工的职业安全防护提供依据。方法采用问卷调查了解清洁工过去1年里发生医疗废物伤害的有关情况。结果被调查的117名清洁工中有68人发生伤害,占调查总人数的58.12%;伤害总次数238次,人均约2次,以损伤性废物造成的伤害次数最多;科室收集打包是伤害的易发环节;分类不规范和包装物质量问题是造成伤害的主要原因。结论要依法规范医疗废物处理人员职业安全防护,加强人员的培训考核,强化医疗废物源头分类管理,加强检查监督,加大宣传力度,以减少医疗废物对清洁工的伤害。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of the article is to make known the harm to the cleaners done by medical wastes,and lay a base for the professional safety of the cleaners.The authors of the article did a questionnaire survey on the harm to the cleaners done by medical wastes in the past year.The study indicated that 68 cleaners out 117 were harmed,accounting for 58.12% of the total;the times of being harmed were 238,which is twice for every person.Most of the harms were caused by damaging wastes.And the waste collection and packaging were the key steps in which the cleaners were easily harmed.The main reasons for the harm were unregulated classification and poor packaging.So we should regulate lawfully the safety guarantee for the medical waste personnel,improve the training and examinations of the personnel,intensify the classified management of sources of the harmful wastes,strengthen supervision and propaganda so as to reduce the harm to the cleaners done by medical wastes.更多还原
