【摘要】 目的:探讨老年患者二尖瓣置换术中保留后瓣及全瓣下结构的临床经验和效果。方法:对15例老年患者(年龄>65岁)施行保留后瓣及全瓣下结构的瓣膜置换术,分析对比其术前、术后X线胸片、超声心动图资料及手术效果。结果:本组无手术死亡病例。术后心胸比率明显缩小(P<0.01),左心室舒张末径显著缩小(P<0.05),平均左心室射血分数明显降低(P<0.05),心功能明显改善,手术效果良好。结论:保留后瓣及全瓣下结构应用于老年二尖瓣置换术安全、可靠,能有效保护进而改善左心功能,减少手术并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect and clinical experience of preservation of the empvalvular and entire mitral subvalvular apparatus during mitral valve replacement in the elderly.Methods: Mitral valve was performed in 15 elderly patients(age>65 years old) with preservation of the empvalvular and entire mitral subvalvular apparatus,to analyze the chest x-ray,cardiac ultrasound and the effective of surgery.Results: There was no operative mortality.in these cases.The cardiac function parameter(FS,LVDD,LVEF) was improved significantly,and the surgery was effective.Conclusion: It is feasible,effective and safe that the technique is applied to mitral valve replacement in the elderly.更多还原
