【Abstract】 At present, the influence of rust reinforced bar has not be considered in the majority of studies of the reliability of reinforced concrete structure. This paper studies the reliability evaluation of concrete structure in considering of decreasing area of reinforced bar, establishing resistibility model of rust reinforced concrete structure and calculating structure reliability by means of applying short-cut method of structure reliability analysis.
