喷淋塔内塔壁液膜脱硫的模型研究
Simulation Study of Wall Film Desulphurization of Spray Tower
【摘要】 石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫喷淋塔中塔壁液膜区的形成不可避免,因此需要对其脱硫机理进行研究。将塔壁液膜的流动分为层流和波动层流2种状态,并分别考虑在这2种状态下液膜对SO2的吸收,建立了塔壁液膜脱硫过程的数学模型。模型中涵盖了SO2的吸收、石灰石的溶解、亚硫酸根的氧化和石膏的结晶4个主要的脱硫反应控制步骤,模型计算结果与试验数据吻合较好。
【Abstract】 Considering that a wall film zone was formed inevitably in a spray tower of Limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization,the desulphurization mechanism of wall film should be investigated.A model of SO2 absorption from a gas phase to a wall film of absorbing slurry was developed,with laminar and wave laminar film structures was considered.The main control steps,such as SO2 absorption,dissolution of limestone,the forced oxidation of sulfite to sulfate and the precipitation of gypsum,were considered in the model.The result of this model was good agreed with experimental data from published literature.
