面向健康诊断的悬索桥有限元模型误差分析
Error Analysis of Health-oriented-diagnosis Finite Element Modeling of Suspension Bridges
【摘要】 面向健康诊断的有限元模型通常需要具有较高精度、真正三维模型、构件独立描述的特性,因此,在有限元建模中,要面对更多的细节处理和更严格的误差控制问题。针对悬索桥结构,进行了面向健康诊断的有限元模型误差的研究。分别对加劲梁、塔顶鞍座、主缆线型等建模因素采用不同模型进行了有限元建模。分析了这些不同模型对悬索桥结构的静动态特性的影响特点和程度。通过与试验结果的对比,对不同模型进行了误差分析。在建模诸因素中,鞍座的模型化处理对悬索桥结构的静动态特性影响是最大的。
【Abstract】 The attributes of high precision,real 3-D model and individual structural components are needed in a health-oriented-diagnosis finite element model.As a result,more problems in dealing with the structural details and more serious error control may be encountered in modeling.For suspension bridge,the health-oriented-diagnosis FE modeling error is studied.Five FE models are developed based on different treatment of main modeling factors,including girder,cable saddle and linetype of main cable.The effects on the static and dynamic characteristics of these different treatments are analyzed.By comparing with the results of model test,modeling errors of different models are discussed.Among the modeling factors,cable saddle effect on the static and dynamic characteristics of suspension bridge is the greatest.
