【摘要】 目的:了解外籍人员对多元文化护理的需求情况,为实施多元文化护理提供依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷,调查226名外籍人员多元文化护理的需求情况。结果:外籍人员对护士素质的要求中,位于前三位的是:操作技术(88.9%)、专业知识(89.4%)、保护病人隐私(89.4%);多元文化护理需求中,保护隐私(70.8%)、风俗禁忌(69.9%)、饮食习惯(65.9%)三方面的需求较高。结论:加强护士的专业知识、技能、外语口语能力培训以及多元文化相关理论知识的学习,满足外籍人员的护理需求,提高多元文化护理服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the multi-culture nursing needs of foreigners in order to provide reference for multi-culture nursing. Methods: 226 foreigners were inves-tigated on multi-culture nursing needs by using self-designed questionnaires. Results: The first three factors regarded as most important by the foreigners were: nursing techniques (88.9%), professional knowledge (89.4%), and protecting clients’ pri-vacy (89.4%). They also showed high level of needs to privacy (70.8%), custom and taboo (69.9%), and dietetic (65.9%). Conclusion: In order to satisfy foreigners’ nursing needs and improve the quality of multi-cultural nursing, it was suggested to strengthen the training of nurses’ professional knowledge, nursing skills, speaking English and multi-cultural knowledge.更多还原
