新护士压力源及培训需求的调查与分析

【摘要】 目的:探讨临床新护士的压力源和培训需求情况。方法:采用问卷调查法,通过李小妹等修订编制的中国护士工作压力源量表和部分自制问卷,调查北京某三级甲等医院106名新护士的压力源和培训需求情况。结果:新护士的主要压力源为考执照的压力和护理工作量、护理专业、病人护理等方面的问题;不同学历、聘用方式、科室因素的新护士压力源有显著差异(P<0.05)。新护士的主要培训需求为英语培训、提高学历的培训、专科知识培训、注册考试前集中培训以及处理医嘱培训等。结论:管理者应重视新护士的压力源,从满足新护士的培训需求、合理配置护理人员、正确处理护患关系、关怀新护士等方面减轻其压力。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore stressors and training needs among new nurses.Method: One hundred and six new nurses working in a Class-III A hospital in Beijingwere investigated by a questionnaire made from Chinese Nurse Job Stressors Survey(amended by XiaomeiLi) and some self-designed questions to learn their occupationalstressors and training needs. Results: The main stressors of new nurses were exam forlicense, workload, nursing job itself, nursing of patients, etc.. Significant statistical differ-ences were found between nurses with different educational backgrounds, work statusand departments(P<0.05). The main training needs of new nurses were English, continu-ous education, special knowledge, training for license exam and processing doctor’sadvice, etc.. Conclusion: Managers should pay attention to new nurses’stressors. Torelieve their job stress, some measures should be carried out, such as meeting theirtraining needs, staffing reasonably, dealing with nurse-patient relationship correctly,and caring for new nurses.
