企业信息化环境下人-信息系统交互效率的内涵与外延

【摘要】 提出了"人-信息系统交互效率"一词,并给出相应的定义,指出人-信息系统交互效率的研究属于知识工作研究的范畴。分析了人-信息系统交互效率的内涵,提炼出人-信息系统交互过程具有交互性、协同性、快速响应性和相互适应性;指出交互效率是人与信息系统协同完成任务的协同效率。从认知心理学和信息技术等方面界定了人-信息系统交互效率的外延,并给出了人-信息系统交互过程中人的信息加工模型。提出在人-信息系统交互效率方面值得进一步研究的问题,旨在寻求人-信息系统交互的最佳途径,进而提高人和信息系统的协同工作效率。

【Abstract】 This paper proposed a notion of "human-information system interactive efficiency",and provided a definition,pointed out the study of human-information system interaction efficiency belongs to category of knowledge work.The connotation of human-information system interactive efficiency was analyzed.Some characteristics of human-information system interactive efficiency such as interaction,synergetic,fleet response and mutual adaptability were elicited.Proposed that the human-information system interactive efficiency is the combined efficiency by human and information systems interact collaboratively.Exposed extension of human-information system interactive efficiency according to cognitive psychology and information technology and so on,moreover,established model of human process information during human-information system interaction.Identified subjects which are worthy of further investigation,with the purpose of achieving the best method of human-information system interaction,in order to optimize this efficiency.
