【摘要】 本文首先回顾战略控制的理论演进,界定企业整合型战略控制系统的基本目标与功能。紧着,本文提出基于平衡记分卡的企业战略诊断控制系统,旨在控制战略的实施;并且提出基于战略地图的企业战略交互控制系统,旨在把握战略的不确定性从而控制战略的内容。最后,本文融合上述两类系统组成一个企业整合型战略控制系统,为快速、高效地实施战略提供最全面的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper firstly reviews the theories related to strategic control and then defines basic objectives and functions of firm’s integrated strategic control system.Secondly,The paper puts forward strategic diagnostic control system based on balanced scorecards aimed at controlling the implementation of strategy and strategic interactive control system based on strategy maps aimed at controlling the content of strategy.Finally,The two types of systems used together comprise the firm’s integrated strategic control system.This kind of system is more comprehensive and for rapid strategy implementation.更多还原
