无机添加剂对沥青混合料马歇尔试验结果的影响
Influence of Inorganic Additives on Marshall Test Results of Asphalt Mixture
【摘要】 掺加适当的添加剂,可以改善沥青混合料的水稳定性,但马歇尔试验的结果可能因此改变。本文以AC-13F型沥青混凝土为对象,在实验室试验的基础上,探讨消石灰、水泥、石灰+水泥等无机添加剂对沥青混合料马歇尔试验结果的影响。试验结果与分析表明,各种添加剂的掺入将使最佳沥青用量增加约0.4%;同时,不同添加剂对密度、稳定度、矿料间隙率和流值可有不同的影响。
【Abstract】 Proper additives can be used to improve the moisture susceptibility of asphalt mixture.However,results of Marshall test may be changed consequently.Laboratory tests are conducted on AC-13F asphalt concrete to investigate the influence of hydrated lime,Portland cement,and lime+cement additives on Marshall test results.Results and analyses show that the use of the additives will increase the optimum asphalt content by about 0.4%.In addition,different additives may have different influences on density,stability value,voids in mineral aggregate and flow value of asphalt mixture.
