中药配合碘化钠治疗角膜宿翳的临床疗效研究
Clinical effect of traditional Chinese herbs combined with sodium iodide in treating corneal opacity
【摘要】 目的:研究中药配合碘化钠球结膜下注射治疗角膜宿翳进行临床疗效评估。方法:将183例(183眼)患者随机分为3个组。A组(碘化钠球结膜下注射组),B组(中药组),C组(中药配合碘化钠球结膜下注射组)。设计了3个基本方:方1:黄芪、防风、白术、太子参、蛇衣、大青叶、秦皮;方2:知母、生地、防风、黄苓、蒙花、白蒺藜、石决明、谷精球、木贼;方3:黄芪、党参、白术、防风、菟丝子、白蒺藜、蝉衣、蛇衣、谷精球、归尾、红花、丹参。在3个基本方基础上进行辨证施治、随证加减,设定统一诊断疗效标准,并进行了3mo~2a的随访观察。结果:经3mo~2a疗效观察显示:有效率A组62.1%,B组66.7%,C组92.3%。结论:本课题有促进角膜瘢痕吸收,恢复角膜透明的功效。取中医之长,补西医之短,达到了标本兼治的目的,从而证实本法具有疗效理想、副作用少、复发率低等优点。
【Abstract】 · AIM:To study the clinical effects of traditional Chinese herbs combined with subconjunctiva injection of sodium iodide in the treatment of corneal opacity.· METHODS:A total of 183 patients with coneal opacity were randomly divided into three groups:Group A was injected subconjunctivaly with sodium iodide.Group B only took traditional Chinese herbs.Group C took traditional Chinese herbs additional to subconjunctiva injection with sodium iodide.Three basic prescriptions were selected:The first included Astragalus,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Pseudostellariae,snake skin,folium isatidis and Cortex fraxini;The second included Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Rehmannia,Radix Saposhnikoviae,scutellaria,buddleia,tribulus,abalone shell,Gujingqiu and equisetum;The third included Astragalus,codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Saposhnikoviae,cuscuta,tribulus,cicada molting,Gujingqiu,tangkuai tail,Chinese astragalus and salvia.The patients were diagnosed and treated based on an overall analysis of signs and symptoms,and then followed up for 3 months to 2 years.· RESULTS:After follow-up of 3 months to 2 years,these patients were treated effectively with the rate of 62.1% in group A,66.7% in group B and 92.3% in group C.· CONCLUSION:The therapeutic method of traditional Chinese Herbs combined with subconjunctiva injection of sodium iodide can effectively treat corneal opacity with little side-effect and low rate of relapse.·
