【摘要】 〔目的〕了解出入境人员掌握艾滋病知识的现状,并针对现状进行对策探讨。〔方法〕在南京口岸出入境传染病监测体检人群中随机选择200人进行问卷调查,用SPSS软件对调查结果进行统计分析。〔结果〕南京口岸出入境人员对10项艾滋病知识点应答的平均准确率为77.43%,对艾滋病传播途径的了解还不完全,对艾滋病的流行态势了解不够,对艾滋病的危害性的了解也不够。〔结论〕应尽快修订完善有关的卫生检疫法律法规,多部门合作,建立多监测网点,大力开展预防艾滋病知识教育、自愿咨询检测和行为干预等项工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of the HIV/AIDS knowledge among entry-exit travelers at Nanjing port,and to provide the strategies for prevention and control of HIV transmission.Method A questionnaire survey was employed among entry-exit personnels at Nanjing port in 2005,and the data were analyzed with SPSS.Result The average accurate rate of 10 questions about HIV/AIDS among entry-exit personnels was 77.43%.They had little knowledge of HIV transmission routes,the epidemic tendency and the hazard of AIDS.Conclusion The quarantine regulations should be revised and improved through enhancing multi-sector cooperation and surveillance,while HIV/AIDS health education,VCT and behavior intervention should be also developed.更多还原
