【Abstract】 In the course of China’s opening-up and reform, the small and medium-sized enterprises are developing at an unprecedented rate, which has greatly contributed to the economic growth. A series of polices have been enacted by Chinese government to improve the financing environment for these enterprises in recent years. However, a research showed that 80% of such enterprises agreed that the financing environment had not changed or had even tended to deteriorate, which indicates that Chinese government should continue to improve the environment. By international comparison with EU in the financing structure and financing policy for SMEs, this paper has offered some proposals for how to improve China’s financing environment.更多还原
