【Abstract】 Owing to the essential consistency of trade liberalization and competition policy ,the latter must be included in the WTO policy aim and law system,without which it would be incomplete.But there exist some differences and conflicts between the WTO counter-subsidy system and competition policy,hence in practice the counter-subsidy system has turned into the tool to realize trade protectionism policy for some countries.
