【摘要】 版权贸易在欧美发达国家是国民经济增长的支柱产业之一,而中国版权贸易逆差现状则已影响到中国的经济与文化地位。从目前文献资料分析来看,现有版权贸易的研究尚不充分,对版权贸易发展有借鉴意义的研究比较少。文章对中国版权贸易文献进行梳理归纳,力求从另一个侧面去了解产生这种现象的背景和原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The copyright trade is one of the dominant industries leading to economic growth in the developed countries. However the copyright trade deficit of China has already affected China’s economic and cultural status. Scholars in Chinese theoretical circle tends to conduct their researches on China’s copyright trade by generally undergoing a process from practical exploration to theoretical understanding,which,however,is closely connected with the reality abroad with less independent theoretical researches. Moreover most of them focus on legal domain with little on copyright trade deficit. The paper points out that the correlative literatures show that researches on existing copyright trade are not enough,and that more referential studies of the development of Copyright trade are required. It is of great importantce and significance to sort out and summarize China’s copyright trade documents and to understand the reason for these phenomena from another angle.更多还原
