超音速电弧喷射成形工艺参数对AgFe5材料性能影响

【摘要】 应用超音速电弧喷射成形技术制备了性能优异的AgFe5块状材料。分析了超音速电弧喷射成形的喷射送丝电流、沉积基板的转速对材料物理、力学和电学性能的影响,并从微观机理方面阐述了工艺参数对超音速电弧喷射成形材料性能的作用规律。在最佳工艺参数下制备的AgFe5材料的密度为9.995g/cm3,达到理论密度的96.88%。指出对任意A、B两组元合金的超音速电弧喷射成形丝材端部熔滴温度为:Tk=4·(U·IK)/π·d2·(cA·xA+cB·xB)·(xA·ρA+xB·ρB)·ν+T0

【Abstract】 Using the ultrasonic arc spray forming(UASF) technology,AgFe5 materials with excellence physical,mechanical and electric properties were produced.The effects of feeding current and rotate speed of copper substrate on the density,hardness and conductance of materials are analyzed.The effects of technological parameters on the AgFe5 materials produced by the UASF are also described.And the density of AgFe5 materials prepared under the best parameter condition is 9.995g/cm3,about is 96.88% of its theory density.It is pointed out that when ultrasonic arc spray forming any two-element materials,the temperature of the wire tip can be calculated by the following equation: Tk=4·(U·IK)/π·d2·(cA·xA+cB·xB)·(xA·ρA+xB·ρB)·ν+T0
