同轴送粉激光熔覆件质量影响因素的研究
Influencing Factors on Quantity of Cladding Parts by Coaxial Laser Cladding
【摘要】 介绍了同轴送粉激光熔覆的工艺过程以及激光与金属粉末的作用机理,分析了影响熔覆件质量的主要因素。建立了粉末对激光能量的吸收表达式和稀释率的表达式,提出从材料特性和工艺参数方面改善熔覆件质量的途径。最后对同轴送粉激光熔覆成形研究中急需解决的关键问题进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The technical process of the coaxial laser cladding is introduced and the reaction mechanism between metallic powder particle and laser is analyzed. The main influencing factors on quantity of cladding parts by coaxial laser cladding are discussed. The equation of the energy absorbed by the metallic powder particle from the laser beam is established. The expression of dilution and the path of improving the quality of cladding parts from material characteristics and processing parameters are presented. The key problem in coaxial laser cladding rapid prototyping is put forward.
