计算机视觉检测技术在滚珠螺母测量中的应用
Application of Computer Vision Measurement Technique on Ball Nut Measurement
【摘要】 提出一种基于CCD图像的滚珠丝杠螺母非接触测量方法。首先用数字摄像头采集滚珠螺母图像,并经数字接口卡传输到计算机;其次对包含噪声的原始数字图像实施预处理和图像分割、细化等处理,将图像转换成易于检测的单象素宽边缘信息;然后用自编程序计算滚珠螺母有关参数,并实际测量了滚珠螺母的圆度、圆柱度等几何误差,进行了数据处理及标定。理论分析及实验测量结果表明,该方法可满足产品的技术要求。
【Abstract】 A new non-contact measuring method for ball nuts based on CCD imaging is put forward. Firstly, the digital image of ball nut is collected by a digital camera and is input into a computer through a digital interface card. Secondly, the original gray level image with noise is transformed into edge information with single-pixel width via processes such as pre-processing, image segmentation and thinning, etc. Thirdly, ball nut’s parameters are calculated by compiled program and geometrical errors of ball nut such as roundness, cylindricity are measured actually, and data processing and calibration are done. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the technique requirement of production can be satisfied with this method.
