降低热喷涂涂层孔隙率的方法
Way to Decrease Porosity of Thermal Spraying Coating
【摘要】 当涂层用于防腐蚀时,腐蚀介质会通过热喷涂涂层的孔隙到达基体表面,从而造成防腐失败。封孔处理是提高涂层防腐蚀性能的重要途径。本文总结了涂层孔隙产生原因及封孔处理的目的,简述了降低热喷涂涂层孔隙率的方法,对未来涂层封孔技术进行了展望。
【Abstract】 When the coating is used to prevent corrosion, the corrosive medium will get to the thermal spraying surface of the base across the porosity. So the corrosion protection is invalid. It is an important way for the coating to seal the porosity to increase the corrosion resistance. The cause of the coating porosity and the aim of the sealing treatment are summarized ,the way to decrease the coating porosity is introduced and the development of the sealing technology in the future is analyzed.
