螺杆成形铣刀廓形的仿真校验
Simulation and Verification of Profile of Milling Cutter for Forming Compressor Screw Arbor
【摘要】 介绍了螺杆成形铣刀廓形的参数化设计及其仿真校验方法。在AutoCAD2004平台上利用AutoLISP语言编程对螺杆螺旋槽面进行仿真加工,可实现铣刀廓形的校验,避免设计失误给生产造成损失。
【Abstract】 The parametric design and simulation verification method for profi le of screw-formed milling cutter are introduced. With the Simulation processin g of spiral groove of screw arbor by AutoLISP based on AutoCAD 2004, the profile verification of the milling cutter can be realized to avoid the loss caused by designing fault.
