【Abstract】 Police appearing in court to testify,as an important part to promote the system of witness’s appearance in court,will contribute to discovering the facts of the cases as well as correctly applying entitative law.Moreover,it’s the requirement of establishing the judicial authority and realizing procedural justice,hence it’s imperative to establish the system of police appearing in court to testify as soon as possible.However,owing to the special identity of police,there should be some limitations on the scope of police appearing in court to testify.更多还原
