【Abstract】 Under the new situations,trade unions of universities and colleges should be guided by the important thinking of ’three representative’ and the concept of scientific development,insist on and improve the system of teachers’ congress,safeguard the democratic rights of teachers and staff.Trade union must fulfill its function of protection so as to protect legal rights and interests of teachers and staff.In order to adapt to the development of higher education,trade union should improve its organizational building and reform.更多还原
