【摘要】 伴随我国产融结合发展的深入,企业产融结合有效性问题已经成为产融结合研究的核心。本文基于这个现实,通过构建产融结合有效性的企业绩效评价标准,重点从企业经营绩效角度就我国产融结合有效性进行了定量分析,得出我国企业产融结合总体上有效性不显著,存在大量无效和负效性,但随着结合程度的提高,其有效性也在不断提高。最后,针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With deep development of the integration of industry-finance capital(IIFC),the validity of IIFC has already become core problem in the study.Owing to this reality,the article has structured a standard system to valuate the validity of the IIFC,and concentrates on the quantitative analysis of the validity by enterprise achievement in our country.The result is: the validity of IIFC of our country’s enterprise is no notable as a whole,and exists invalidates and defeated in large amount.But the validity has been improved with the degree of integration rising.Finally,corresponding countermeasure suggestion has been submitted specifically for the problems.更多还原
