间歇灌溉对水稻抗旱性的影响及其生理机制

【摘要】 在挡雨水泥池中研究了间歇灌溉对水稻抗旱性的影响及其生理机制。结果表明:当缓慢干旱发生时,干旱发生前进行间歇灌溉的水稻表现为比干旱发生前进行淹水灌溉的水稻具有较低的脂氧合酶(LOX)活性、较低的游离亚麻酸含量和较低的丙二醛(MDA)含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性变化不大,干旱复水后叶片保水能力较强。试验结果提示,间歇灌溉提高了水稻后期的抗旱能力,表现为在后期缓慢干旱发生时能一定程度上减缓膜脂过氧化伤害。

【Abstract】 The effect of intermittent irrigation on the drought resistance in rice and the physiological mechanism was studied in water keeping off cement ponds.The results shows: compared with the flood irrigated rice,the intermittent irrigated rice had lower activity of LOX,lower linolenic acid content,and lower content of MDA of leaves under drought stress,and had higher water holding capacity of leaves when re-watering.The activity of GSH—Px in leaves between two treatments had no difference.The results indicate that the intermittent irrigation improves the ability of drought resistance in rice.So the intermittent irrigated rice can relax the membrane lipid peroxidation harm under drought stress.
