【摘要】 本文分析了我国高等本科教育的形势,认为我国高等教育正处于由精英教育向大众化教育发展的过渡时期或大众化教育的初期阶段,本科教育必须加强教学改革,适应时代的发展;并提出本科院校的专业教学的定位要符合学校层次,建立自己的特色;通过结合我校土木工程专业的定位设计,着重探讨了地方本科院校土木工程专业教学计划的定位思想,为新地方本科院校教学计划如何体现时代的特色、层面的特色,地方特色和办学传统而作出了有益的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the situation of higher education on undergraduate level in China,and reckons that the high education of China is in the period from elite education to popular education or in the early stage of popular education,and points out that undergraduate education have to be reformed to fit the development of times,and puts forward that the orientation of civil engineering undergraduate program should fit the level of its university among higher education system in China and should establish its characteristics.The paper takes the orientation of civil engineering undergraduate program in the author’s college as an example to explore the orientation design of civil engineering undergraduate program of a new local college and show how to consider various elements such as era,level,location,and tradition.更多还原
