【摘要】 目的研究雄性激素对骨折愈合的影响。方法制作雄性兔股骨骨折模型54只,内固定后随机分为3组,A组手术切除性腺,B组肌注丙酸睾丸酮,每周2次;C组作空白对照。于15、30、45d分别随机取样6只进行雄性激素、血钙、血磷、X线摄片及骨折标本的光镜观察,对其进行统计分析。结果A与C组比较在X线片的检查中15、30、45d时骨痂明显少于C组(P<0.05);检验:雄性激素两组有显著性差异;血钙、血磷无显著性差异;光镜观察:A较C组更晚地出现骨折愈合的组织学改变,A组有骨质疏松征象。B与C组比较,均无显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论雄性激素对骨折愈合有重要作用,缺乏会阻碍骨折愈合,有骨质疏松倾向。丙酸睾丸酮对雄性激素正常兔骨折愈合无明显促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of androgen on fracture healing of rabbits.Methods According to the literature under the strict asepsis condition animal fracture and bony defect models were made in the right femoral of fifty-four rabbits.The fractures were reduced and internal fixations were performed with plates.All these rabbits were divided into three groups.In group A,testicles of the rabbits were resected.In group B androgens were injected twice a week,fifty milligram every time and the group C was control.Six samples in each group were collected randomly fifteen,thirty and forty-five days after operation,Androgen,blood calcium,plosphorus,X-ray film and optics examination were done and the results recorded.All of the data were analysed statisticly.Results Comparing group A and group C we found that bony callus in group A was less obviously than in group C on 15、30 and 45 days X-ray film(P<0.05).And there was no difference in blood calcium and phosphorus while there was definite difference with respect to the androgen.To optics microscope examination,histological changes benefiting fracture healing appeared late,and there was a tendency of osteoporosis in group A.Comparing group B and C,there were no distinct difference in X-ray film appearance,androgen,blood calcium and phosphorus and histologic observation.Conclusion Androgen has important effect on fracture healing.Lack of androgen will hinder the fracture healing and will induce the tendency of osteoporosis.Injecton of androgen has no obvious promoting effect in normal male rabbits.更多还原
