【摘要】 目的探讨一种小腿严重创伤后大面积组织缺损的简单、安全的修复方法。方法对29例小腿下段、踝部严重创伤后较大面积皮肤缺损(>12cm×8cm),DSA造影显示1条或2条主干血管损伤,无法行邻近岛状皮瓣移植,采用改良的健侧带血管蒂平行桥式皮瓣移植。结果29例皮瓣移植均存活,但有1例患足血运不佳,皮瓣移植过早,患足逐渐坏死而截肢。结论该术式简单、安全,体位舒适,效果优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate a simple and safe method of repair of large tissue defect caused by severe trauma of the shank.MethodsThe skin defect(over 12 cm×8 cm)of the shank caused by the severe trauma in 29 patients were included.DSA radiography showed one or two blood vessels were injured and the island flap grafting could not be used.The modified parallel bridge skin flap of healthy side was used to repair the skin defect caused by severe trauma of shank.ResultsThe skin flaps in 29 patients survived.Because the blood supply was not sufficient in one patient and the skin flap grafting was performed too early,necrosis occurred and amputation was performed.ConclusionThis procedure is simple and safe.The positioning of the patients is satisfactory.The effect is excellent.更多还原
