【摘要】 研究了新型无机功能填料——纳米硫酸钡(nano-BaSO4)的表面处理及添加量对聚氯乙烯(PVC)力学性能的影响以及纳米粒子在PVC基体中的分散情况。结果表明,添加1%经过硬脂酸处理的纳米硫酸钡可以对PVC基体产生显著的增韧补强作用,其冲击断面呈现明显的韧性断裂特征。且SEM微观形貌观察表明,纳米粒子在PVC基体中分散良好。

【Abstract】 In this paper,poly(vinyl chloride)/BaSO4(PVC/BaSO4) nano-composites was prepared by means of melt mixing.And the influence of filler surface treatment on the mechanical properties of PVC/BaSO4 nano-composites was investigated.It was proved that nano-BaSO4 treated by stearic acid can contribute to the uniform dispersion of nano-fillers in the matrix and improve the strength and toughness of the composites greatly,in which the preferred content is 1%.In addition,the micro-structure and the fracture section of PVC/ BaSO4 nano-composites were studied with SEM.The morphology photograph shows that the binary composite occurs a brittle-ductile transition by adding nano-BaSO4(1%) treated by stearic acid.
