一种聚己内酯-聚乙二醇-聚己内酯磁性共聚物微球的制备
Preparation of a New Kind of Polycaprolactone-Poly(Ethylene Glycol)-Polycaprolactone Magnetic Polymeric Microspheres
【摘要】 通过开环聚合的方法合成了聚己内酯-聚乙二醇-聚己内酯共聚物,以聚乙二醇为致孔剂,采用溶剂扩散法制备磁性聚合物多孔微球。结果表明微球为多孔结构,孔与孔相连,同时微球具有超顺磁性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,poly(ε-caprolactone)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(ε-caprolactone) triblock copolymer was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization method.Solvent diffusion method was employed to prepare porous magnetic polymeric microspheres,while PEG was used as pore-forming reagent.SEM and VSM were used to characterize the obtained magnetic microspheres.Conclusion could be made that microspheres with magnetic responsive properties are porous,while pores adhere to each other.The prepared microspheres have great potential application in biomedicine.
