聚氨酯/13X分子筛复合材料的制备及表征

【摘要】 本文采用预聚法制备了聚酯类聚氨酯/13X分子筛复合材料,考察了分子筛含量和交联系数对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能、耐溶剂性能的影响。结果表明,13X分子筛的加入量为7%,交联系数为0.90时,聚氨酯弹性体的耐撕裂强度从73.1 kN/m提高到94.2 kN/m,拉伸强度从44.5 M Pa提高到49.9 M Pa,断裂伸长率从580%提高到640%,溶胀度从103.78%降低到72.58%。由DSC和DM A分析可知PU/13X复合材料具有更好的微相分离及动态力学性能。

【Abstract】 The pre-polymerization method was used to prepare polyurethane/zeolite 13X composites with the polyethylene glycol adipate(PEA),toluene 2,4-ditsocyanate(TDI-100),MOCA and zeolite 13X.The effects of zeolite content,crosslinking coefficient on mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer were investigated.The results show that the mechanical property of polyurethane elastomer is enhanced obviously by the filling of zeolite.PU/13X composites,with 7% zeolite 13X contented and at crosslinking coefficient 0.90 represented that the tensile strength increases from 44.5MPa to 49.9 MPa,the elongation percentage at break increases from 580% to 640%,the tear resistance strength increases from 73.1 kN/m to 94.2 kN/m and the degree of swelling decreases from 103.78% to 72.58%,which are compared to those of pure PU.FT-IR analysis told us that there is an interaction between zeolite surface and the chain of PEA.DSC and DMA analysis indicated that PU/13X composites have better microphase separation and dynamic-mechanical property.
