3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷改性水性聚氨酯的研究
Study on Aquequs Polyurethane Modified with 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane
【摘要】 以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二醇、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸等为原料合成了聚氨酯预聚体,通过3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)封端与乳化制备了交联型水性聚氨酯。对所制水性聚氨酯的性能进行了测试。结果表明:KH550能显著改善水性聚氨酯的耐水性以及硬度等。当KH550质量分数为7.5%时,水性聚氨酯的综合性能较好,硬度为2H。
【Abstract】 The polyurethane prepolymer was made through step-growth polymerization of tolyene diisocyanate(TDI) with polypropylene glycol(PPG) and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),which was modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550) to form stable crosslinked polyurethane dispersion.A series of testings for the modified aqueous polyurethane show that the water resistivity and the hardness of the polyurethane films are markedly enhanced,and the tensile strength is also improved.When the mass content of the KH550 is at 7.5%,the modified films display well performance,and the hardness reaches 2H.
