聚丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2有机-无机复合压敏胶乳液的制备

【摘要】 采用原位乳液聚合法成功制备了高性能的聚丙烯酸酯/纳米SiO2有机-无机复合压敏胶乳液。结果表明:纳米粒子能有效地被分散到纳米量级并以此量级与原位生成的聚丙烯酸酯复合,纳米粒子的引入能同时提高乳液的内聚力和剥离强度,可制得初粘力>20#球、持粘力>100 h、180°剥离强度达到11 N/25 mm以上的高性能乳液型压敏胶。700 L釜进行的放大性实验无残渣或凝胶生成,性能也与小试结果一致。

【Abstract】 Polyacrylate/SiO2 organic-inorganic nanocomposite emulsions as pressure sensitive adhesives have been prepared by insitu emulsion polymerization.It was clear that SiO2 particles can be availably dispersed to primary structure and can participate in the composite reaction with polyacrylate on nanoscale dimensions.It was also confirmed that nanocomposite emulsions behave better pressure sensitive properties.In addition to slight reducement of tack,hold strength was slightly improved,and peel strength was remarkedly enhanced by 30%.No residues or gels appeared when the polymerization reaction was magnified 150 times in 700 litre vessel.It has been found that the magnified samples possess the same properties as common experiments.
