耐高温复合膜的制备及在废水处理中的尝试
Preparation of Thermal Stable Composite Membrane and Attemptation in Wastewater Treatment
【摘要】 以杂萘联苯聚芳醚超滤膜为支撑层,通过界面聚合法制备聚芳酰胺复合膜。分析了膜的表层化学结构、表面形貌及对低分子有机物的分离性能。尝试将复合膜用于高温废水处理实验,该膜具有良好的分离性能和稳定性,可使产水COD值满足处理要求,且在高温下操作得到了较高的通量。
【Abstract】 Thermal stable composite membrane was prepared through interfacial polymerization on poly(phthalazinone ether) ultrafiltration membrane.The chemical structure,surface morphology and separation properties for organics of the membrane were analyzed.The membrane was attempted in high temperature wastewater treating experiment.The effects of operating pressure,temperature and recovery ratio in the experiment on the separation properties of the membrane were studied.The results show that the membrane has desired separation properties together with good thermal stability.The COD value of product water sufficed the request level and a higher flux was obtained owing to the high operating temperature.
