方酸衍生物与对二乙烯苯共聚物的合成及光电性质
Synthesis and Photovoltaic Properties of New Alternating Squaraine-Styrene Copolymers
【摘要】 利用H eck偶联反应首次制备了两种主链含方酸基团的PPV型共聚物,其结构均经1H-NM R,FT-IR,元素分析确证。聚合物在常用有机溶剂中有良好的溶解性。DSC和TGA测试表明聚合物具有较好的热稳定性。首次将这两种聚合物应用于聚合物太阳电池,在1.5 AM照度下,开路电压0.50 V~0.55V,短路电流0.15 mA/cm2~0.11 mA/cm2。填充因子0.269~0.267,能量转换效率0.145%~0.098%。
【Abstract】 A novel series squaraine PPV were synthesized through a Heck coupling reactions,The polymers were characterized by()1H-NMR,FT-IR and elemental analysis.All these polymers are soluble in common solvent,such as THF,CHCl3 and toluene.DSC and TGA show they have good thermal stability.Preliminary photovoltaics results show that these polymers are novel promising candidates for polymer solar cells and get a promising results.
